This 5-Step method helps prevent tooth decay and tartar

Many times people underestimate dental health, considering that it is not as important as the rest of the body, but this is not the case. It is very important to take care of our teeth and it is something we must do day by day.

It is important to ensure a daily cleaning, preventing the accumulation of bacteria and food debris, which can bring problems to our teeth, sometimes leading to the loss of any of these.

Nobody likes to go to the dentist, besides that it can be expensive at times. That is why today we will show you a natural and effective method to clean the tartar from our teeth.

You will need these elements to clean the tartar:

- 1 cup.

- Toothbrush.

- Warm water.

- Antiseptic mouth rinse.

- ½ cup of hydrogen peroxide.

- 1 tablespoon of baking soda.

- ½ teaspoon of salt.

- Flossing of your choice.

First step:

Mix the baking soda with the salt and, after moistening the brush with the warm water, submerge it in the mixture. Now rub your teeth gently with the brush for 5 minutes and then spit.

Second step:

Mix the oxygenated water with half a cup of warm water and rinse your mouth for a minute. Spit and rinse with cold water.

Third step:

Being careful of your gums, rub your teeth with dental floss. Be sure to focus on the yellow spots of tartar.

Fourth step:

Wipe between your teeth with floss two by two.

Fifth step:

To finish, use the antiseptic mouthwash to finish the process. We recommend repeating this process every two days.

Other products to have a bright smile:

Strawberries and tomatoes.

These two fruits are excellent for oral health thanks to its high content of vitamin C. Rub your teeth with some of these or some citrus fruits such as lemons and oranges, or papaya. Do it for 5 minutes and at the end rinse your mouth with baking soda and warm water.

Cheese.

Cheddar or Swiss cheese can help neutralize the acids in food, so it would be useful to consume a little before eating.

Daily habits to take care of your teeth:

Brush and floss daily, nothing new. Do not forget to clean between your teeth and gums.

Saliva is very useful to protect your teeth naturally; some ways of producing saliva can be eating spicy foods or chewing gum without sugar.

At least try one of these methods to clean your teeth easily and without the need to visit your dentist. However, do not forget to go once in a while!
