To prepare these healthy and low-calorie pancakes, it has the following ingredients:

- 1 medium banana.

- 2 eggs.

- Cinnamon, at ease.





Preparation:

Only these two ingredients will be necessary to prepare these delicious pancakes ideal to use as breakfast, as a snack or simply to taste at a time when you feel like eating something sweet.

The eggs will give the pancakes the consistency, while the banana will flavor and make its contribution of sugar so you do not need to add anything else.

- Peel the banana, mash it with a fork until it turns into a puree and add the cinnamon.

- On the other hand, beat the two eggs and add to the stepped banana.

Mix well.

- Take a pan and add a few drops of olive oil.

Place part of the preparation and try to continue forming other pancakes of the same size so that the cooking is even.
